The Challenge
Prior to switching to n|Frame and transitioning to a virtualized IT environment, Evanced Solutions had 11 servers that were housed in a data center out-of-state. The equipment was getting old and couldn’t keep up with the company’s growing applications or user base without a significant investment in upgrades; Evanced wasn’t receiving the technical level of support it needed; and the company didn’t have access to a metrics-based dashboard that would enable it to accurately assess or project computing, storage and bandwidth capacity.
The n|Frame Solution
Evanced Solutions made the decision to transition the data from all 11 servers to n|Frame’s secure, virtualized computing environment. n|Frame designed the new platform to Evanced’s technical specifications and is currently managing the transition process. When the changeover is complete, Evanced will have consolidated all of its servers onto a scalable and affordable virtual environment that will allow for unlimited growth. n|Frame’s fully-managed virtualization services include:
