n|Frame's remote monitoring options and features:

Standard Edition: The Remote Monitoring Standard Edition features a Pentium processor, 512MB of RAM, a 120GB hard drive for on-appliance data storage, and dual 10/100/1000 Ethernet connections.

Enterprise Edition: The powerful and fault-tolerant Remote Monitoring Enterprise Edition features a 2.4 GhZ Xeon processor, 1GB of RAM, 1TB of data storage using 6 hot-swappable hard drives in a RAID-5 array, and dual 10/100/1000 Ethernet connections. The Enterprise Edition also features redundant, hot-swappable power supplies.

Remote Database Option: Offered as a separate, license key-based upgrade, the Remote Database Support Module enables you to use a supported remote Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or MySQL database management system to score data. In the event the remote database system is temporarily inaccessible, your appliance will use its on-board storage cache critical data, protecting your physical threat data locally until access to the remote database is restored.

Remote Database Syndicate Option: This separately available key-based upgrade adds the ability for multiple monitoring appliances to cooperatively use a single remote database, creating a “syndicated” of loosely coupled peer appliances that share data with each other. This enables console users to view the same data, regardless of which monitoring device they are connected to.

Surveillance Option: n|Frame offers an add-on surveillance software application that enables you to create visual records of who enters equipment rooms and what they do while they are there. This software acts as a central repository for pictures captured by the monitoring devices and provides you with options to quickly access surveillance events logged by data and time and play movie-like clips of those events. The surveillance application also displays live “thumbnail” images from the equipment rooms and includes the motion sensing necessary to generate surveillance events.
